You can't be where this place is located, right down the right field line. Believe it or not, you will actually be closer to home plate than many of the people in the stadium. You will absolutely enjoy the atmosphere, the complimentary food and beverages, shorter lines, comfortable seating and the camaraderie of the group. The food is better than what the stadium offers and the beer and wine is definitely of a higher caliber.
